**Role Overview**

The **Tour Package Executive** will be responsible for designing, managing, and executing customized travel packages for domestic and international clients. This role requires excellent knowledge of tourism destinations, strong vendor negotiation skills, and a customer-first approach to ensure seamless travel experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design & Customize Tour Packages** - Create tailored domestic and international tour packages (honeymoon, family, corporate, medical tourism, etc.).
- **Client Handling** - Interact with B2C and B2B clients, understand requirements, and provide suitable travel solutions.
- **Vendor Coordination** - Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service vendors.
- **Booking & Reservations** - Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa assistance, travel insurance, forex coordination, and ground transport.
- **Customer Support** - Provide pre-travel, on-trip, and post-travel assistance to clients.
- **Package Costing & Pricing** - Prepare quotations, negotiate best rates, and ensure competitive pricing.
- **Sales & Targets** - Work towards achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
- **Documentation** - Manage invoices, agreements, itineraries, travel documents, and client records.
- **Market Updates** - Stay updated with latest travel trends, airline deals, visa regulations, and tourism updates.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field**.
- Minimum **1-3 years of experience** in a travel agency/tourism company.
- Knowledge of **domestic & international destinations**.
- Familiarity with **GDS/Amadeus/Galileo**, MS Office, and online booking portals.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and customer service skills**.
- Ability to handle **multiple clients and multitask** efficiently.
- Problem-solving attitude with focus on **customer satisfaction**.

**Salary & Benefits**

**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience & performance).
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives on sales.
