**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective customers & provide information.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Use sales techniques to persuade prospects and close deals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
