Now we’re looking for L1 Network Er. You’ll be a part of our Delivery Team.

**Job overview**:You’ll work and shape Embee’s performance on IT market.

**What you’ll do**:

- Incident Management/Ticket Management
- Any ITSM Tool knowledge
- SOP creation to be done in assistance with the customer.
- Vendor Coordination for logging tickets with OEM Vendors and follow up the ticket for closure.
- O365 and exchange issues troubleshooting.
- Understands AD, basic authentication methods, workgroup and domain concepts.
- Understanding of Microsoft Hyper-V and troubleshooting
- Ability to resolve Laptop/Desktop issues, Windows OS related issues and drive to closure.
- Alert monitoring, Follow-up and closure of the call and enable in the investigation analysis
- ITIL knowledge
- Experienced in the specific tool in his/her previous assignment.
- Basic problem isolation using knowledge base
- End user support for products like messaging and productivity apps
- Key Responsibilities
- Specific tool usage of advanced features, ticket management, critical incident management and usage of reports based on different views of the tool
