You will gain end-to-end execution technical knowledge, get hands on experience in implementing end to end solutions for customers, operational skills as well as industry best practices. Role and Responsibilities of the Job:

- Provide expert technical support in infrastructure domain area to achieve a high degree of Customer delight Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Process Compliance.
- Perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters.

Essential Roles & Responsibilities:

- As a Network L1+ Engineer, you will be supporting clients and will have to demonstrate expertise in one or more networking technology domain area with willingness to work in any shift.
- You will also be involved in deploying, configuring, troubleshooting and operational maintenance of LAN/WAN networks OEMs (Cisco /FortiGate etc.)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of Cisco Networking and Fortigate firewalls.
- Experience with TCP/IP, networking, and DNS, SMTP, and HTTPS
- Hands on experience with VLANs and BGP routing.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in Operating Systems tuning and configurations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI)

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

- A minimum of 3+ years of overall experience in IT Network infrastructure Domain with proven experience in Network Operations.
- Routing & Switching - Cisco (IOS, Nexus).
- Security FortiGate

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:

- CCNA or equivalent industry networking certification.
- BE/ BTech/MCA/Diploma
