This position reports to the Sr. Manager - HR and works in partnership with local stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, etc.)
- Creatively attract new talent using multiple sources to advertise, source and recruit

- Implement progressive sourcing strategies including networking, social media, professional associations and organizations to provide access to top tier applicants
- Effectively manage the use of the applicant tracking system & hiring process
- Maintain accurate and organized recruitment/applicant files in order to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function
- Providing with critical Talent Acquisition metrics and management information in order to make data driven decisions
- Strong understanding and experience for Campus Hiring
- Partner and manage recruitment agencies and other vendors, (i.e. external recruiters) associated with recruitment; ensure vendor contracts are in place and approved
- To take care of all aspects of employee connects post recruitment.
- _Engaging Employees in Fun Activities, Conducting Festival Events, and motivating employees through R&R Activity._

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree required, Post graduate preferred.
- Experience supporting Engineering products. Experience in elevators industry will be preferred.

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to collaborate and foster a culture of continuous improvement in line with Believes guiding principles.
- Passionate about hiring and recruitment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a recruiter responsible for full cycle recruitment and employer branding techniques in a corporate or staffing environment for an established organization and HR department
- Experience developing interview guides preferred
- Must have ability to navigate and deploy different selection methods (referrals, social media hiring etc.) and prefer experience with direct sourcing of resumes from employment web sites (e.g. LinkedIn)
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the business success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
