- Interact with clients to provide timely and effective support.
- Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues.
- Handle and prioritize incoming support tickets.

**Job Requirement**:

- Proficient in English communication.
- Fluency in spoken and written Hindi.
- Ability to work from the office location.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools is a plus
