**Position**: Sales Executive

**Location **:Bhubaneshwar, Cuttack

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information, answer inquiries, and address customer concerns or complaints.
- Assist customers in finding the right products or services to meet their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring merchandise is properly tagged and priced.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is low or items need to be reordered.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Upsell or cross-sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries, checking for damaged or defective items, and updating inventory records.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
