**Brief of Job**: As a Senior CFC you are responsible for formulation of products and do research and analysis to support manufacturing operations, product and process development and also work closely with their marketing QA/QC teams to provide support to customers on technical and quality related issues.

**Top things you will do in your role**:
1. Excellent knowledge of products Manufacturing of personal care, Skincare, Cream,
Shampoo, Hair Oil, Conditioner, Face Wash, Body Wash, Body Lotion and Foot Care
Etc.

2. Manage all R and D, Formulation of cosmetics products, Production and manufacturing activities Lay down procedure to implement GMP & GLP norms and ensure documentation & compliance

3. Define AQL for incoming raw material and components
4. Develop vendor base to meet cost, quality (manufacturing and product), and innovation requirements
5. Development of new formulation as per the business demand
6. To be involved in all aspects of product formulation from the initial brief to final sign
- off and overseeing the manufacture of pilot batches and full-scale production.
7. Create methods of sampling, prepare format and forms to analyse, report & record information/data
8. GRN clearance.
9. Check & verify work orders by production & take action in case of discrepancy.
10. Preparation of documents & Registration of product, label compliance with regulatory authorities - local & overseas

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor Degree in Science or higher; ideally chemistry background or related
- Successful and progressive research and product development experience in cosmetics, personal care, toiletries, industry
- Ability to work independently and exercise creativity
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Must have an understanding of the latest ingredients available & Documentation to be fulfilled as required.
- 8+ years of lead-formulating experience in cosmetic/personal care
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in the sciences or cosmetic division.

- Must be able to easily adapt to priority changes and able to work on simultaneous projects to meet established deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively and be self-driven for success
- Experience managing teams
- Knowledge of global cosmetic regulations and understanding of regulatory monographs and standards.
- Understanding of Packaging Compatibility and how it relates to products.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of cosmetic/personal care raw materials, functionality, and interactions.
- Understanding of emulsion and surfactant technology as well as general formulation techniques.
- Attention to accuracy and detail
- Working knowledge of aseptic techniques
- Prioritization and multitasking abilities
- Good organizational skills
- Must know good lab practices. R&D Formulation of Finished Product is a must know.
- He or she should be experienced to develop new formulation, R&D, and production planning for **Herbal Cosmetic products** in different categories like: Lotions, Masks,

Hair colors, Hair oils, Shampoos, Conditioners and makeup preparations.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
