**About the Role**:
We are seeking a **Manufacturing Chemist** skilled in **aerosol formulation management** to oversee manufacturing, QC, and efficient formulation execution for Scrubsy’s aerosol-based home cleaning products. The role requires strong formulation knowledge, on-ground execution capability, and strict QC discipline to ensure consistent, high-quality aerosol production.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise **daily batch manufacturing of aerosol products** as per SOPs and formulation standards.
- Perform **QC checks on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished aerosol products**.
- Maintain accurate **batch records, QC logs, and formulation documentation**.
- Troubleshoot and optimize **aerosol formulations and filling processes** for quality, safety, and yield.
- Monitor and maintain safety protocols for handling **propellants and pressurized filling lines**.
- Coordinate with purchase and operations for raw material planning and readiness for dispatch.
- Oversee **aerosol filling line operations**, ensuring process efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage inventory of chemicals, propellants, and packaging materials required for aerosol production.

**Requirements**:

- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or relevant field, or diploma with **hands-on experience in aerosol manufacturing**.
- **2-5 years of experience** in aerosol formulation and manufacturing, preferably in FMCG/cleaning sectors.
- Strong understanding of **aerosol propellants, valve systems, and quality standards.**:

- Good record-keeping and basic computing skills for batch tracking and documentation.
- Ability to **monitor and manage shop floor execution effectively**.
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
- Willing to work **onsite full-time at our Mundka facility**.
