A **Production Chemist** in a **cosmetics manufacturing company** oversees the formulation, production, and quality control of **skin and hair care** products. The role ensures compliance with industry standards, optimizes production, and maintains product consistency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manufacturing Process**:

- Supervise production of **creams, lotions, shampoos, conditioners, serums, etc.**:

- Monitor mixing, emulsification, homogenization, and packaging.
- Scale up formulations from R&D to full-scale production.
- **Quality Control & Compliance**:

- Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure product stability.
- Ensure compliance with **GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations**.
- Troubleshoot formulation or production issues.
- **Raw Material & Inventory**:

- Verify raw materials, preservatives, and active ingredients.
- Manage procurement and supplier quality approvals.
- **Equipment & Process Optimization**:

- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.
- Improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
- **Safety & Documentation**:

- Ensure hygiene, safety protocols, and compliance.
- Maintain batch records, SOPs, and production reports.

Specifications require:

- **Education**: B.Sc./M.Sc. in **Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or Chemical Engineering**.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years in **cosmetics/personal care manufacturing**.
- Knowledge of **cosmetic formulations & raw materials**.
- Experience in **manufacturing equipment & troubleshooting**.
- Understanding of **GMP, ISO, and regulatory compliance**.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- **Work Environment**: Factory setting with lab and production interactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,214.13 - ₹52,437.61 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bawana, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
