**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the **manufacturing and formulation** of pharmaceutical products in the lab.
- Perform **quality control tests** on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Maintain accurate **laboratory records and documentation** in compliance with GMP and regulatory norms.
- Ensure adherence to **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Coordinate with the production and quality assurance teams for seamless manufacturing processes.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the laboratory environment at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Sc. in Chemistry or related field from a recognized university
- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of **pharmaceutical testing methods** is an added advantage
- Good attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
