The role focuses on developing innovative molecules for health and wellness solutions, supporting ongoing research projects, and contributing to product innovation and quality improvement.Key Responsibilities:Design, synthesize, and optimize chemical compounds with potential therapeutic or bioactive properties. Conduct laboratory experiments involving organic synthesis, purification, and compound characterization (NMR, IR, HPLC, MS). Collaborate with microbiologists, pharmacologists, and formulation scientists to test and evaluate compounds. Support the development of new formulations, nutraceuticals, and biotech-based healthcare products. Maintain detailed experimental records and prepare technical reports. Ensure laboratory safety and compliance with internal and external regulatory standards. Review current research literature to identify new trends and technologies relevant to medicinal chemistry and biotechnology. Participate in product development meetings and contribute to innovation initiatives at Vastu Vihar Biotech.Qualifications & Skills:Education:M.Sc. / M.Pharm / Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or related discipline. Experience:1–5 years of experience in medicinal chemistry, pharmaceutical R&D, or related biotech research. Strong knowledge of organic synthesis, reaction mechanisms, and compound characterization techniques. Familiarity with biochemistry and pharmacological testing methods preferred. Good documentation, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
