We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Media Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Media Associate, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and visually appealing content. Your primary responsibilities will include capturing videos, proficient video editing, as well as designing eye-catching posters and prospectuses.

Key Responsibilities:
Video Production:
Capture high-quality videos that align with the organization's vision and objectives.

Edit videos to enhance visual appeal, storytelling, and overall impact.

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative video techniques.

Graphic Design:
Design compelling posters that effectively communicate key messages and promote events or initiatives.

Create visually appealing prospectuses showcasing the organization's offerings and achievements.

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand content requirements and objectives.

Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align media content with broader strategies.

Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrate proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After effects )and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe photoshop, Adobe illustrator ).

Keep abreast of technological advancements and continuously improve skills to enhance media production quality.

Creativity:
Bring innovative and creative ideas to the table for video concepts, poster designs, and prospectus layouts.

Strive to elevate the visual aesthetic of the organization's media presence.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in video production, video editing, and graphic design.

Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in video and design projects.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Attributes:
Creativity and an eye for detail.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving project requirements.

Passion for staying updated on industry trends and incorporating new techniques into work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
