**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive online marketing strategy aligned with The Wonder Years brand and enrollment goals.
- Manage and create engaging content for our Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads profiles, showcasing the unique offerings and philosophy of The Wonder Years.
- Design and launch targeted online advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and potentially Instagram Ads, focusing on attracting new parents and increasing website traffic.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools, and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate closely with the preschool director to understand brand messaging and target audience.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest online marketing trends and best practices in the education sector.
- Provide regular reports and updates on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience as a freelance online marketing specialist or agency experience with a focus on social media marketing and online advertising.
- Proven track record of success in developing and managing online advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to a parent audience.
- A creative and results-oriented approach
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Ability to work independently but also collaboratively under the guidance and management of the preschool director (minimum 3 days a week on-site presence required).
- Professional demeanor with the willingness to work onsite and collaborate closely with the management team under guidance and direction.
- A portfolio showcasing previous online marketing work and campaign results.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
