Varada Interim, a interim management company in Trivandrum, is seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Marketer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a dynamic social media strategy across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Craft engaging and shareable content**: Develop content calendars, write compelling copy, and create high-quality visuals (images and videos) using design tools like Photoshop, Canva, and Premiere Pro.
- **Stay on top of trends**: Identify and leverage trending hashtags, industry news, and AI tools to maximize reach and engagement.
- **Social media management**:Manage all aspects of our social media presence, including posting, scheduling, and community management.
- **Data analysis and reporting**:Track social media performance metrics, analyze data to measure success, and generate weekly and monthly reports.
- **Develop effective strategies**: Contribute innovative digital marketing ideas and propose data-driven social media strategies to achieve business goals.
- **Maintain accountability**: Take ownership of daily tasks, manage your time effectively, and work independently to achieve set goals.

**Qualifications**:

- 6 months -1 year of experience in social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
- Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Experience with design tools like Photoshop, Canva, and Premiere Pro (a plus).
- Must reside in Trivandrum or nearby districts.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for social media.
