**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage day-to-day posting and activity on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video, reels, stories, etc.)
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and other team members to maintain brand consistency
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers in a timely manner
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.
- Prepare monthly reports showing growth, engagement, and ROI of campaigns

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms
- Hands-on experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
- Knowledge of social media analytics and paid promotion strategies
- Excellent written and visual storytelling skills
- Basic graphic design skills (using Canva, Adobe, etc.) are a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
- Certifications (Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, Google) are a plus
