Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Schedule regular posts and stories while maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Write captions, select hashtags, and curate content aligned with wellness themes
- Collaborate with the video and design teams for campaigns and promotional materials
- Monitor analytics, track performance, and suggest data-driven improvements
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and apply them creatively
- Engage with online audiences, respond to queries, and maintain a positive brand image
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum one year of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms
- Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite
- Passion for healthcare, wellness, yoga, or lifestyle branding
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Female candidates preferred due to the nature of the work environment
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field
- Experience with paid campaigns (Meta or Google Ads is an added advantage)
- Ability to plan, execute, and analyze social media strategies independently
