Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent & Workplace Associate located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Talent & Workplace Associate will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, coordinating training sessions, and supporting workplace operations. Additionally, the role will involve liaising with different departments to ensure a smooth workflow and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Records Management skills
  • Experience in coordinating Training Sessions and Workplace Operations
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive workplace culture
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the advertising or media industry is a plus
