**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

**Qualifications**
- Masters's Degree or equivalent degree in Human Resource Management
- 1 - 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment & Selection

**Salary**: ₹278,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
