**Job Advertisement : E-commerce Product Listing Associate (Work from Home)**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- **Product Listing**: Add and update product information on the e-commerce portal ensuring all details such as product title, description, price and images are accurate and well-structured.
- **Data Entry**: Enter product details from spreadsheets, vendor ca00talogs and other sources into the system.
- **Image Management**: Upload product images ensuring they meet the platform’s image requirements and are displayed correctly.
- **Product Categorization**: Organize products into the correct categories to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- **Product Description Writing**: Write clear, compelling and informative product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits.
- **Quality Check**: Perform quality control on the product listings to ensure there are no errors in data entry, product images or pricing.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the inventory and marketing teams to ensure product data is up to date and aligns with current promotions.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- **Basic Computer Skills**: Proficiency in using MS Excel, Google Sheets and e-commerce platforms.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when inputting product data.
- **Good Communication**: Ability to write clear and concise product descriptions and communicate effectively with the team.
- **Time Management**: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- **Previous Experience**: Experience in e-commerce or product listing is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Internet Access**: Must have a stable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop to complete tasks.
- **Work from Home**: Enjoy the flexibility of working from the comfort of your own home.
