**Quality Process**:
1. Ensures all incoming inspection processes are performed as defined by engineering team for the respective parts and material.

2. Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the required adjustments to the production supervisor

3. To interact with interfacing departments like **Purchase, Manufacturing, R&D** and take corrective and preventive actions to avoid repetitive failures and for overall improvement of quality.

4. Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work

5. Ensures that all non-confirmed/Rejected products are segregated.

6. To ensure equipment’s, tools and fixtures required for Incoming inspection are in order and calibrated.

7. Understanding of all types of **Mechanical drawings and Electrical drawings**

**Quality System**:
1. Creating Assembly work instructions and **Quality Checklist for parts & Assembly**

2. Creating and maintaining records like Setup approvals, In-process Inspection reports, Final Inspection reports, Inward inspection etc.

3. Should be well versed in Problem Solving techniques using **QC tools**.

**General**:
2.Knowledge of Measuring instruments **(Mechanical & electrical).**

3. Knowledge of Verification of Testing & Testing methodology/Strategy

4. Knowledge on **SPC, 7QC tools, MSA techniques.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,269.41 - ₹25,369.12 per month
