
Outbound Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- **Sales Presentations and Product Promotion**:Presenting products or services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and addressing any concerns.
- **Relationship Building**:Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:Meeting or exceeding established sales targets and revenue goals.
- **CRM Management**:Maintaining accurate and detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress within a CRM system.
- **Closing Sales**:Following up with potential customers and guiding them through the sales process to secure deals.
- **Product Knowledge**:Staying up-to-date on product features, benefits, and competitor offerings.
- **Collaboration**:Working with other team members, such as marketing and customer service, to align sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Strategy Implementation**:Contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve individual and team objectives.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:Tracking sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting results to sales managers.

- **Strong Persuasion and Negotiation Skills**: Ability to influence potential customers and close sales effectively.

- **Time Management and Organization Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize leads, and meet deadlines.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software and its functionalities for managing customer data and sales processes.
- **Sales Experience**: Prior experience in sales, particularly in an outbound or telesales environment.
- **Product Knowledge**: Ability to quickly learn and understand product features and benefits.
- **Resilience and Adaptability**: Ability to handle rejection and adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹41,543.90 per month
