
Sales Executive

We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively engage customers and close sales. You will provide complete and appropriate information to every customer and sell them product in order to boost top-line revenue growth for the company and the project.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Explain and show the the project.
- Responsible for managing sales and marketing of the assigned Projects.
- Proactively working towards the product development by attracting the clients and convincing them who visiting the site.
- Handling customer queries for better customer satisfaction.
- Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele to achieve business targets.
- Report on sales activities to senior management.
- Responsible for given Sales Targets.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer through follow up
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
**Skills**:
- Proven work experience as a sales representative in real estate.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
