- Contact healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to retrieve medical records.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in the retrieval process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to request and retrieve medical records.
- Verify patient information and ensure accuracy.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately.
- Follow up on pending requests to ensure timely retrieval.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Prepare and submit regular status reports.
- Participate in quality assurance activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelores ; degree in healthcare or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in voice process, customer service, or medical record retrieval is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to different time zones.
**Working Conditions**:
- Office-based environment.
- Full-time position with night shifts.
- No travel required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
