**1. Summary**:
This role requires a detail-oriented and responsible individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong sense of ethics, and effective communication abilities—both written and verbal.

**2. Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain all accounting transactions.
- Record financial data accurately using **Tally** software.
- Prepare and reconcile **accounts payable and receivables**.
- Ensure timely **bank payments** and monitor cash flows.
- Prepare **balance sheets**, **profit and loss statements**, and other financial reports.
- Assist in **GST filing**, **TDS**, and other statutory compliances.
- Support the Chartered Accountant in audits and documentation.
- Maintain proper records for bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.

**3. Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Graduate in Commerce or related field (**B.Com preferred**).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of **Accounting**, **Tally**, **MS Office**, and **Excel**.
- Familiarity with **GST**, **Income Tax**, and **Indian Accounting Standards**.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command over **written and spoken communication**.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive **team player** with strong work ethics.

**4. Work Location**:
The position is based in **Noida**.

**5. Remuneration**:
The remuneration for this position will be in the range of **₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month**, commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
