**Our Opening and Your Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Support FSRs with qualification of solutions to ensure faster response to market. Work Closely with customers. Sales and SBU teams to ensure faster closure of technical scope.
- pre & post sales, order execution, conduct training & build local sales team's competence).
- Work closely with BDMs for opportunity build up, order closures and execution
- To coordinate with service & technical support team to resolve critical technical issues at customer's end.
- To maintain relationship with key decision makers & influencers in KA & major projects
- Overall Industry Knowledge. Food & pharma segment process knowledge, familiarity with processing & packaging lines & machineries.

**What You Need to Succeed**
- ** Qualifications and Technical Skills**:Degree / Diploma in Engineering. (Mechanical/ Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Industrial Electronics). Should be technically very sound and comfortable handling & operating equipment's. Should have worked on high value capital goods. Should have worked with Global and Large Indian FMCG and pharma (having multiple sites) companies.
- ** Overall and Specific Experience**: Must have 8 - 10 years of experience of working with high value technical products. Strong understanding of customer processes in Food and Pharma manufacturing
