Job Responsibilities:

- 1. Responsible for entire Plant P&L and Cash flow including Working Capital

2. Lead and supports data analysis for cost optimization to support Operation strategies and meet the Cost Target

3. Product Costing / Cost of Goods Sold, Expense, Conversion Rate

4. Inventory / Material Accounting, Excess and Obsolete Monitoring

5. Capacity Utilisation, Efficiency, Lean, Routing, Productivity Reporting

6. Production OH - Budget, Forecast, Actual, Trend Analysis

7. Make v/s Buy Analysis, Cost Saving, Lean project, Waste Reduction

8. Plant Compliances and Authority Matrix

9. SOX / Audit / Plant Compliance

Describe Desired Background/Experience:

- Having experienced in Leading Manufacturing industrial set up
- Strong knowledge of the Costing / Accounting standards and in-depth knowledge of the Plant Operations
- Work experience in ERP environment preferably oracle
- Analytical inclination - backed with knowledge of advance excel;
- Good Team leader, Good communication and Presentation skills
- Conflict Handling Skill
- Good IT /Excel knowledge
- Presently Position is in Chakan, Pune however should be ready to move to Ambernath / Thane or any other city in case required
