**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Salon Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the salon.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for clients.
- Monitor inventory and stock levels; ensure timely procurement of salon products.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and motivate staff, including stylists, beauticians, and support personnel.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure high performance.
- Schedule and manage staff shifts, ensuring optimal coverage.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Address client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty.
- Ensure client satisfaction through quality services and timely follow-ups.
- **Sales and Marketing Support**:

- Promote salon services and products to achieve sales targets.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and offers.
- Monitor client retention and suggest strategies for improvement.
- **Reporting and Compliance**:

- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports on revenue, expenses, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using salon management software (e.g., Classpro or similar tools)
- Knowledge of beauty and wellness industry trends

Pay: ₹10,164.44 - ₹18,000.00 per month
