As a **Patient Relation Officer**, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their healthcare journey. Your responsibilities will encompass both administrative and interpersonal tasks to facilitate effective communication between patients and healthcare providers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Engagement**: Greet and assist patients and visitors, addressing inquiries and providing information about hospital services, policies, and procedures.
- **Appointment Coordination**: Schedule and manage patient appointments, coordinating with medical staff to ensure optimal use of resources.
- **Complaint Resolution**: Handle and resolve patient complaints and concerns promptly, collaborating with relevant departments to provide effective solutions.
- **Patient Advocacy**: Advocate for patients' rights and needs, ensuring they receive appropriate care and support.
- **Information Dissemination**: Educate patients and families about their rights, responsibilities, and available healthcare services.
- **Administrative Support**: Maintain accurate patient records, manage front desk operations, and assist in processing payments and billing inquiries.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and analyze patient feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall patient satisfaction

**Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-5 years of experience in patient relations, customer service, or a related role within a healthcare setting.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with hospital management systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
