**Responsibilities**:

- Planning, supervising and controlling the departmental section.
- Providing strong and effective link between subordinates/Officers and guiding juniors for promotions and discipline.
- Possesses good decision making skills and inspires team spirit and emphasizes on team work and coordination.
- Handling assigned tasks through proper planning, visionary approach and smooth execution.
- Steering activities pertaining to operations and maintenance of office equipment and communication instruments.
- Arranging for staff welfare activities including transportation, housing security, personal accidents, insurance, etc.
- Communicate with management, staff, suppliers and customers to ensure a pleasant work environment.
- Oversee the security network safeguard the Plant and all companies asset, as well as the physical safety of employees and visitors.
- Manage access control on main gates i.e. entry and exit of employees, contractors, vendors, officials and stores areas help reduce the chances of unauthorized access and theft.
- Manage the training and development of company security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure on-going maintenance of security.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
