KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Shall be responsible for the following, but not limited to, he will ensure that PSA is providing services as per the specifications laid down by KH Security department & Management from time to time, and shall by and large cover, but not limited to, the following:

- To prepare Daily deployment chart/schedule of PSA.
- Supervise over outsourced security deployed manpower.
- Monitor PSA maintained documents such as material movement/visitor movement/parking arrangement /elevator management, CCTV monitoring etc.
- Conduct Surprise checks at odd hour and submit discrepancy report to KH security department.
- Submit daily security/safety discrepancy reports to KH security department.
- To Check If the Service provider is adhering to Statutory Compliances.
- Resolution of any problems as and when occurred and highlighted by KH security department.
- Maintain tasks and Staffing, training and management of PSA personnel services.
- Maintain records of Security, Firefighting, Lift Operation, Disaster Management, Parking Management, Key Management & CCTV Monitoring.
- Comply with all reasonable requests and instructions from your supervisory personnel or manager as designated.
- Comply with the KH safety and security procedures at all times.
- They are mainly to assist in carrying out the smooth running of the department.
- Take regular security rounds of the hospital and co-ordinate with other departments in implementing and maintaining the required discipline and order in the hospital.
- Checking the service entrance gate security where all out going and returnable materials are checked and their gate passes are documented and preserved.
- Ensuring smooth flow of the vehicular traffic through the hospital porch.
- To be part of Quality Improvement Initiative & protocols of the organization.
