Required Sous Chef for our premium fine dining restaurant with 200 covers in Surat and who can manage multiple kitchens with knowledge of all cuisines like Indian, Chinese, continental, Italian and Mexican.Your responsibilities will include:
- **Menu planning**: Creating menus, specials, and portion sizes
- **Food preparation**: Overseeing prep work, ensuring meals are consistent, and meeting food standards
- **Staff management**: Training and managing kitchen staff, and reviewing their training
- **Cost control**: Maintaining food costs and controlling costs
- **Financial management**: Organizing financial budgets
- **Sanitation**: Ensuring sanitation standards are met
- **Equipment maintenance**: Arranging repairs to kitchen equipment and machinery
- **Purchasing**: Creating purchase orders to keep the kitchen stocked
- **Time management**: Prioritizing tasks, delegating, and creating workflows to meet deadlines
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
