**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle **incoming telephone calls** and inquiries with professionalism
- Send **customized quotations** to prospective clients in a timely manner
- Allocate and **distribute leads among sales team members**:
- Maintain and update **customer databases**, lead trackers, and Excel sheets
- Prepare and format documents in **Word, Excel, and PowerPoint**:
- Draft and circulate **Minutes of Meeting (MoM)**:
- Assist with updates and uploads on the **National Portal for Solar Rooftop systems**:
- Generate leads through **social media platforms** like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Respond to online inquiries and interact on platforms such as Justdial, Google, etc.
**Preferred Skills & Knowledge**:
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)**:
- Strong **verbal and written communication** in Hindi and English
- Experience with **CRM tools** or lead management systems (added advantage)
- Basic knowledge of **solar rooftop systems** (can be trained)
- Prior use or understanding of **ChatGPT/AI tools** is a plus
- Knowledge of navigating and using the **National Portal (PM Surya Ghar Yojana)**:
- Well-organized with the ability to **maintain digital and physical records**:
- Creative mindset to contribute in **marketing campaigns**:
- Positive attitude and **team spirit**
- Graduate (Any discipline) with good computer literacy
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support/admin/sales coordination preferred
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to **Dehradun**:
- Polite, well-mannered, and confident personality
**Working Hours**:
Monday to Saturday | 09:30 AM - 6:00 PM
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
