**Job Title**: Telesales Executive - Manufacturing Industry
**Salary**: Up to 22k
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The role involves generating sales through outbound/inbound calls, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company’s products to achieve business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote manufacturing products and solutions.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through effective telecommunication.
- Explain product features, technical specifications, and benefits to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate product information, and suggest suitable solutions.
- Follow up with clients to close sales and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, sales, and customer feedback in CRM/software.
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
- Support field sales executives by arranging meetings and passing on qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Telesales Executive/Inside Sales in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing products, processes, or machinery (training can be provided).
- Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into sales.
- Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused attitude.
