SM/M - Business Finance Role -Plan: Identify new initiatives to drive efficiency & work with cross-functional teams to make plan(s) for Year, Quarter, Month -Track & Report: -Track and report performance on existing metrics and establish new metrics/ leading indicators to better portray past and future performance -Highlight what is working well, and what needs improvement. -Control: Manage spends by driving financial discipline in the function while balancing growth -Execute: Work with stakeholders to help execute the drawn out plan in order to achieve company goals - growth and profitability -Stakeholder Management: Leading discussions with respective stakeholders on improving growth and profitability and to drive other initiatives Skills -Strong problem solving skill and good business understanding -Experience in Tableau, SQL, Advanced Excel/Google Sheets would be preferred -Effective Communicator and Collaborator - good at stakeholder management -Should be a self starter and should be able to proactively think and execute Persona
- CA and/or MBA from a reputed institute
- Experience with Banking/NBFC or Equity research is preferred
- 7-10 years experience - preferably in business finance/ partnering role

**Salary**: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
