**Responsibilities**:
**Provide Customer assistance to customers regarding hardware and operating system-related issues, with a focus on hard disk troubleshooting.**

**Deliver clear and concise instructions to help customers resolve technical problems efficiently.**

**Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely manner.**

**Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance overall customer experience.**

**Qualifications**:
**Excellent communication skills in English.**

**Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.**

**Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.**

**Upselling/ Cross-Selling experience is preferrable.**

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
