**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development & Lead Generation**:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and individual guests.
- Proactively network, generate leads, and convert them into confirmed sales for accommodation, events, conferences, and other hotel services.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal departments to deliver exceptional service.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Promote the hotel’s products and services, including room packages, meeting spaces, banquet facilities, and restaurant services.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Contract Negotiation & Closing Deals**:
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate rates, and secure contracts with clients for rooms, events, and group bookings.
- Ensure that all sales agreements are accurately documented and executed in accordance with the hotel’s policies.
- **Event & Group Sales**:
- Sell and coordinate group bookings, weddings, meetings, conferences, and other special events.
- Work closely with the event planning team to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction for all group bookings and events.
- **Sales Reporting & Analysis**:
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue performance using CRM and other sales tools.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team, identifying areas for improvement and new business opportunities.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and food & beverage teams to create attractive sales packages and promotional campaigns.
- Work with hotel management to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
**Key Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Educational Background**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:
- 2-6 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in hotel sales, event sales, or group bookings is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Other Requirements**:
- In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and travel as needed.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
