- Monitor the consumption of food and beverages, ensuring stock levels are sufficient.

5. **Menu Planning and Coordination**:

- Assist the F&B Manager in creating and planning the menu.
- Ensure menus are updated and printed as required.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food service.

6. **Maintaining Hygiene and Safety Standards**:

- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure the dining area is well-maintained, clean, and inviting.

7. **Revenue and Budget Control**:

- Assist in managing F&B costs and controlling wastage to meet profitability goals.
- Ensure proper billing, payment, and check-out procedures for guests dining in the restaurant or through room service.

8. **Event Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the events or catering department for banquets, meetings, and special events.
- Ensure that event catering requirements are met in terms of food, service, and ambiance.

9. **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure staff follows all health and safety protocols, including cleanliness, food handling, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of fire safety and evacuation protocols.

10. **Reporting and Administration**:

- Prepare reports on daily sales, guest feedback, and staff performance.
- Maintain records of reservations, guest preferences, and inventory.

11. **Upselling and Customer Satisfaction**:
