Job Description: Travel Agent - Chandigarh

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Consultation: Understand clients' travel needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints. Provide expert advice and suggestions on travel destinations, transportation options, accommodations, and activities.
- Itinerary Planning: Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, considering factors such as travel dates, budget, and specific requirements.
- Booking and Reservation Management: Make flight reservations, book hotel rooms, arrange car rentals, and secure other travel-related services. Ensure accuracy, confirmations, and communicate any special requests.
- Knowledge of Travel Regulations: Stay updated with travel regulations, visa requirements, health advisories, and documentation procedures for various destinations. Guide clients through necessary processes.
- Financial Transactions: Handle financial transactions related to travel bookings, including collecting payments, processing transactions, issuing invoices, and providing receipts.
- Research and Product Knowledge: Stay informed about travel industry trends, new destinations, attractions, and services. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of travel products to offer valuable insights and recommendations.
- Customer Service and Support: Provide excellent customer service throughout the travel process, addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing support in emergencies or disruptions.
- Sales and Marketing: Promote services through sales and marketing activities, attending travel fairs, networking, and utilizing online platforms.

- Excellent English communication skills.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
