**Job Description**:
The Customer Support Intern will work closely with the Customer Support team to provide
problem-solving skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable
working with technology.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients and providing solutions to their problems
- Use our customer support software and ticketing tool to track client issues and follow up with clients as needed
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer support experience
- Use SQL to generate customer support metrics and reports

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proficient in English, with good written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable with technology and ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience with ticketing tools and customer support software preferred
- Familiarity with SQL for generating reports preferred
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
