We think that eCommerce penetration as a percentage of total retail spend is gonna increase dramatically in the next decade. where it would become more than 50% of total retail dollar spend and a large portion of it would be driven by small eCommerce entrepreneurs and new age direct-to-consumer brands.
About the internship:
Contlo is looking for a Customer Support/Experience Specialist Intern to join our growing team. As a Customer Support/Experience Specialist Intern, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. You will work closely with our customers to help them navigate our platform, answer questions, and resolve any issues that may arise.Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in navigating our platform and provide guidance on how to use our tools effectively
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that customers may face
- Ensure that all customer inquiries are responded to in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and implement solutions
- Assist in creating and updating support documentation, including FAQs and knowledge base articles
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Prior experience in customer support or related fields is a plus
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
