About the Role:
In this role, you'll be a vital link between CoreKraft and our B2B clientele. You'll develop and execute strategic field marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and forge strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement creative field marketing campaigns, including events, trade shows, and client presentations.

Identify and build relationships with potential and existing B2B clients.

Understand client needs and create targeted marketing initiatives that resonate with their audience.

Manage event logistics and ensure smooth execution.

Generate leads through various field marketing channels.

Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize effectiveness.

Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in B2B field marketing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport.

Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi is a plus.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

A creative and results-oriented mindset.

Passion for the corporate gifting industry (a plus).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
