**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns tailored to our target demographic.
- Optimize advertising efforts across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads.
- Analyze and interpret data to guide marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in sports, athleisure, and the interests of Gen Z women to inform marketing initiatives.
- Foster a brand image that resonates with empowerment, inclusivity, and the spirit of the younger generation.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns in an e
- commerce setting.
- Hands-on experience with ad optimization on Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads.
- Strong data-driven approach to marketing, with proven experience in utilizing analytics to drive decision-making.
- Agile, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of achieving marketing goals.
- Deep passion for sports and a thorough understanding of athleisure brands and the Gen Z female psyche.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
