**Job Summary**

**Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy and Planning**
- Provide expert advice on developing and refining e-commerce strategies to achieve business goals.
- Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in the e-commerce industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives.

**Platform Optimization**
- Oversee the implementation, functionality, and performance of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom solutions.
- Recommend best practices for UX/UI, navigation, and checkout processes to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure seamless integration of third-party tools such as payment gateways, inventory systems, and CRM platforms.

**Data Analysis and Insights**
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce success, such as traffic, conversion rates, and average order value.
- Generate actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns and customer acquisition strategies.

**Product and Catalog Management**
- Provide guidance on product listings, categorization, pricing, and promotions to maximize visibility and sales.
- Ensure product content, descriptions, and images are optimized for search and aligned with brand standards.

**Marketing and Sales Enablement**
- Suggest strategies for improving customer engagement and retention through loyalty programs and personalized experiences.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and industry benchmarks.

**Customer Experience and Support**
- Advocate for customer-centric strategies to improve the overall shopping experience.
- Identify potential pain points in the buyer’s journey and recommend solutions.
- Work with customer support teams to address recurring issues and improve satisfaction rates.

**Compliance and Risk Management**
- Ensure e-commerce operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including data protection laws.

**Qualifications and SkillsEducational Background**:

**Professional Experience**:

- Proven expertise in managing e-commerce platforms and tools.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, etc.).
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
