**Key Responsibilities**:
**Account Management**:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the company’s Amazon seller account.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and procedures.
- Regularly review and update account settings and preferences.
**Product Listings**:
- Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
- Implement strategies to improve listing visibility and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular audits of product listings for accuracy and quality.
**Sales and Marketing Strategy**:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share on Amazon.
- Manage and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
**Inventory Management**:
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability.
- Implement strategies to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Utilize Amazon’s inventory management tools to streamline operations.
**Performance Analysis**:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer reviews.
- Generate regular reports on account performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
**Customer Service**:
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve any issues or disputes related to orders, returns, or product quality.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Collaboration and Communication**:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure alignment with Amazon strategies.
- Communicate effectively with Amazon’s support teams and address any account-related issues.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience managing Amazon seller accounts or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Proven track record of successfully increasing sales and optimizing Amazon listings.
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s tools, policies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
