1. Setting KRA for Tool Room engineers
2. Monitoring of Tool PM activities
3. Monitoring utilization of Tool Room Resources
4. Conduct audits for Tool PM activities
5. Control over Tool Room expenses
6. Identification of training needs for sub-ordinates
7. Internal system review for TS-16949, EMS & OHSAS
8. Manufacture Jig and Fixture, if any, as instructed by Plant ME Head
9. Maintain 5S of tool room
10. Kaizen in-puts to JFG design for ease of maintaining and manufacturing the Jig and fixture
11. Provide tool inspection support to tool crib.
12. Review monthly Tool Break-down trends and plan improvements for break-down reduction
13. Propose Too Room structure based on work load and skills required Prepare Yearly Capex and Opex for Tool Room upgradation and effectiveness
