Job Title: Helper
Department: Warehouse / Site Installation
Location: Chh.Sambhajinagar
Reporting To: Warehouse Officer / Site Supervisor / Project Incharge
Job Summary:
The Helper at Unique Solar will assist in warehouse and site operations, including loading–unloading of solar materials, supporting technicians during installation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring proper handling of company equipment and tools. The role helps in smooth and safe execution of solar projects and warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist electricians and technicians during solar panel installation, wiring, and structure assembly.
Help in loading and unloading solar panels, inverters, batteries, and mounting structures.
Support in material shifting, stacking, and arrangement inside the warehouse.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at site and warehouse premises.
Assist in packing, labeling, and dispatch of materials.
Carry tools, cables, and equipment as directed by the site or warehouse incharge.
Assist in daily stock counting and physical verification.
Follow all safety rules and ensure use of helmet, gloves, and other PPE as instructed.
Immediately report any damage, loss, or missing material to the supervisor.
Perform any other duties assigned by management related to warehouse or site operations.
Skills & Competencies:
Basic knowledge of material handling and solar equipment.
Physically fit, hardworking, and disciplined.
Ability to follow instructions and cooperate with team members.
Safetyconscious and responsible behavior at all times.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn solar installation processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Education: 8th / 10th Pass.
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply).
Preference: Candidates with experience in solar, electrical, or construction field.
Work Hours:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (as per Unique Solar office timing).
Overtime may be required during project deadlines or dispatch activities.
Reporting Documents:
Daily attendance (Punch In / Punch Out in CRM).
Daily material movement / work report.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹12,371.51 per month
