**Job Title: Partnership Executive - Bangalore**
- Location: Bangalore (On-ground role)
- Compensation: ₹6.72 - ₹7.20 LPA (CTC)
- Fixed Salary: ₹3.00 LPA
- Performance-based Incentives + Travel & Communication Allowances: ₹3.72 - ₹4.20 LPA
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Employment Type: Full-time post probation (based on performance review)

**Role Overview**

As a Partnership Executive, you will be responsible for growing Dhun Jam’s presence in Bangalore by onboarding new partner venues and artists. You will act as the key link between Dhun Jam and venue partners, ensuring successful onboarding, seamless operations, and ongoing relationship management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Visit and pitch Dhun Jam to resto-bars and pubs across Bangalore through walk-ins, appointments, and referrals.
- Onboard new venues onto the Dhun Jam platform and support them through activation and initial setup.
- Identify and onboard local artists, DJs, and performers to perform at Dhun Jam-enabled venues.
- Provide operational support to ensure smooth functioning and issue resolution for venue partners using the platform.
- Build and maintain a strong network across the nightlife and entertainment ecosystem.
- Ensure high partner satisfaction and long-term retention of both venues and artists.

**Who You Are**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Bangalore for meetings and venue visits.
- High energy, self-driven, and result-oriented individual.
- Passion for music, nightlife, and on-ground interaction is a strong advantage.
- No formal educational qualifications required.
