**Job Title**: Product Partnership Manager

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Partnerships**: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with health-tech companies, insurers, healthcare providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- **Integration Management**: Oversee end-to-end integration of partner solutions into Lifetime Health’s digital platform, ensuring seamless technical and operational alignment.
- **Product Collaboration**: Work closely with the product team to align partnerships with product strategy, roadmap, and development cycles.
- **Negotiation & Contracts**: Lead negotiations, structure partnership agreements, and manage legal documentation to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and new partnership opportunities.
- **Process Development**: Establish and optimize processes for evaluating, onboarding, and managing partners to ensure efficient execution and scalability.
- **Performance Tracking**: Develop KPIs and performance metrics to assess the success of partnerships and optimize strategy accordingly.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- **Experience**: 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships product management within **top-tier health-tech, SaaS companies**

**Skills**:

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with API integrations and technology-driven partnerships is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
