**Post - Logistics Executive - Import Export**

**Location - Pune, Talawade corner**

**Education - Any**

**Experience - 05-06 yrs**

**Job Profile -**

1. Daily after getting the packing slip from production team starting formalities relating to material dispatch to customers.

a. Checking of details of packing slip with sales order, schedule, mode of transport etc.

b. if urgent delivery the same will confirm with sales

c. follow-up with customer for making **ASN/ARN**

d. prepare an indent as per the packing slip for the material to be dispatch

1.Preparing data as per requirement.i.e. comparison of transporters quotations, **freight comparison, projectwise freight cost** etc.

EPR Documentation

2. Daily after receiving approval on indent the same will handover to Shraddha for tax invoicing.

3. Daily confirming that dispatch material with all relevant documents i.e Tax Invoice-original, duplicate & extra copies; PDI report with **E-way bill **mentioning ASN/ARN no. on each document.

5. Daily follow-up for movement of material with transporter to ensure said material will dispatch to the customer end.

6. Daily dispatching and tracking all couriers i.e. documents & parcels to customer/others.

8. Daily collecting POD’s from logistics/transporter & communicating delayed/vehicle break down etc.

9. Daily preparation of necessary E-way bills while dispatching material through Sales Invoice, Service Challans, Job work, material collection from Customer or Import purchases etc.

10. Enquiry to transporters / **freight forwarders related to Import and Export shipments with documents and quotation** & prepare comparison sheet which is send to Manager for approval. After that arrange collection & contnuous co-ordinate with Freight forwarder till consignment will receive at our end.

11. Enquiry of domestic freight by Air, Road, Railways or Bus and inform accordingly.

12. In case of material dispatch through courier mode then verifying readiness of material, preparation of packing slip & arrange courier accordingly.

13. Preparation of packing slip for Unit I for new developed material & for Service Dept.

14. Arranging to collect rejection material / service material / returnable material from customer / service Engineers with proper documentation.

15. Monthly basis verifying of logistics/transporter invoices as per rate contract we have for it.

16. Monthly reconciliation of - issued E-way bills for Sales Invoice, Service Challan, Job work, collection from Customer, Import purchases etc. with on-line portal report.

17. Maintaining of monthly sales dispatch register.

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
